Terms of Reference (ToR) – eeef Technical Assistance for the Barcelona Metropolitan Area

eeef is currently searching for consultants to provide legal, technical and financial advice to the new project of the Barcelona Metropolitan Area (AMB) to support and accelerate the preparation of the TA project "Energy Efficiency and Maintenance Service for public buildings and street lighting of the AMB." The consultants and/or Consortium are expected to have experience with the PPP structures and public authorities in the Catalonian region, and be fluent in Spanish and/or Catalan. The advisor team will be requested to respond to the work programme (TOR) in English until 15 August 2023. Please find ToRs in the section eeef Technical Assistance (downloads).
