Terms of Reference (TOR) - eeef Technical Assistance for Reus City

eeef is currently searching for consultants to provide legal, technical and financial advice to the new project of the Reus City to support and accelerate the preparation of the TA project "Smart Energy at Reus: Energy Efficiency and Smart Management." The consultants and/or Consortium are expected to have experience with the PPP structures and public authorities of the European Union, especially from Spain and/or the Catalonia region. The advisor team will be requested to respond to the work programme (TOR) in English until 18 September 2025.
