Terms of Reference (ToR) - eeef Technical Assistance for the University of Oviedo

2023 July 24, eeef is currently searching for consultants to provide legal, technical and financial advice to the new project of the University of Oviedo to support and accelerate the preparation of the TA project "Smart Energy at the University of Oviedo: Energy Efficiency and Smart Management.” The consultants and/or Consortium are expected to have experience with the PPP structures and public authorities in Spain, especially in the Principality of Asturias. The advisor team will be requested to respond to the work programme (TOR) in English until 16 September 2023. Please find ToRs in the section eeef Technical Assistance (downloads).
